When is an order cancellation request accepted?
- Customers are always allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours after placing successful orders.
- For orders over 24 hours, we only accept order cancellation when the order has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, please send a request via email: khactuan.pp1999@gmail.comand provide complete information including: order number, order email, cancel the entire order or cancel a part of the order.
Refunds for canceled orders:
After receiving the request to cancel the order, we will review within 2 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a refund corresponding to the value of the order to be canceled within 3 business days.
